Process

While other firms head rapidly towards the courts, DCS experts take a careful, measured approach that gets results more swiftly and far more cost-effectively. Our skilled mediation and absolute professionalism not only recover your debts but safeguard valuable relationships and protect future business opportunities.

We initially write to the debtor by First Class recorded delivery post giving 7 days to pay or respond. If we receive no response then we try and make contact by phone to secure payment or to access the situation. We negotiate and agree instalments plans and try to mediate with the debtor on any disputed matters. We obtain client approval at every stage before proceeding to accept any offer or agree any payment plan.

When writing to the debtor interest and costs are added to the debt as per your Terms & Conditions or under the appropriate Act, for business to business debts interest & compensation fee is added to the debt under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) act 1998 as required.
Monthly reports are sent to clients by email and if any response or payment is received from the debtor this is reported immediately to the client. Our aim is to recover your money, along with interest and costs where possible as quickly and effectively as possible.

If it’s recoverable, we’ll recover it! Debtors drain your time, your energy and your profits. Call us today for a friendly, professional solution.
